In August 2012, Connection Capital clients committed funds to London Central Apartments.
LCA acquires specifically located one and two bedroom period flats within the six square mile core around Hyde Park including; Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea. Once acquired the properties are comprehensively re-furbished and then let to blue-chip corporate tenants.
The LCA Fund is structured as a close ended investment company domiciled in Jersey and listed on the channel Island Stock Exchange. Connection Capital clients were able to invest in multiples of £25,000 as opposed to the Fund’s minimum subscription of £50,000. Clients were also able to benefit from enhanced terms negotiated by Connection Capital and its property partner, Riverside Capital.
