This 95 bedroom hotel property, a Premier Inn in Camberley, Surrey was purchased by way of a forward commitment with an equity commitment of £3.4m from our clients in May 2011.
Construction commenced following an exchange of contracts with the developer with practical completion following nine months later in March 2012. Premier Inn Hotels Limited, whose parent company is Whitbread PLC, then signed a 25 year lease with upward only five yearly CPI linked rent reviews, the first of which is due in 2017. Annual distributions to investors are targeted.
